DINGO - DICOM Ingest And Go ("DINGO") is proprietary, copyright-protected software. DINGO is not open-source software. No license, right, title, or interest in DINGO is granted except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, issued license file, or end user license agreement provided by Juan Pablo Devoto / DINGO.

Possession of DINGO source code, Docker images, release archives, binaries, configuration files, documentation, or other distribution materials does not grant ownership of DINGO and does not grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell, publish, host as a service, reverse engineer, circumvent license controls, or create derivative works from DINGO except as expressly permitted in writing.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Juan Pablo Devoto / DINGO.

Third-Party Components

DINGO may be distributed or used with third-party components, tools, runtimes, libraries, base images, packages, and services, including but not limited to DCMTK, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker base images, and npm packages. Those third-party components are owned by their respective copyright holders and are licensed separately under their own license terms. Nothing in this notice changes, replaces, limits, or expands the licenses for those third-party components.
